Controlling the access to our website

If there are children or teenagers in your house, take extra steps to secure your computer and mobile.

How can I secure my devices?

You can use protection software that allows you to limit websites to which they'll have access. This will give you detailed control over how your children use the internet. Here's a list of some of those programs:

All Windows computers can be set up to have password control. This means that a password must be entered to access the desktop. Mobile devices have the same system where a code will be needed to unlock the screen. Remember to always keep your username and password private and don't share it with anyone.

If you're concerned that somebody might attempt to access your account, you shouldn't allow the software to remember your password. Choose instead for the software to not remember your password each time you log in.

I know someone who is underage and playing at your site, what should I do?

If you're aware of an underage person using our platform, contact us and we'll get right on it. Our first step is to investigate and if we find that the person is underage the account will be frozen.

What can be done to prevent underage online gambling?

Keep your eyes and ears open. If you hear your children talking about online gambling, start asking questions. If you see the software on your child's computer, uninstall it and ask more questions. A responsible parent is the best start to preventing underage gaming. You can find advice on how to talk to a young person about gambling here.
