What is the OASIS national exclusion register?

OASIS is the national exclusion register in Germany.

It prevents all residents from playing with any licensed gambling providers in Germany.

 

How long can I take a break through OASIS?

You can choose between short-term and long-term break periods:

• Short-term: 3 months
• Long-term: 1 year
  
  

What happens during an OASIS exclusion?

When you are excluded:

• You cannot play any games
• You cannot make deposits
• You will be unregistered from tournaments starting during the exclusion period
• Tournament buy-ins are returned
• You will not receive marketing emails or newsletters

You can still:

• Log in to your account
• Access the 'Cashier' to withdraw your balance

 

How do I set up an exclusion?

You can set up an exclusion through the Responsible Gaming settings in your account:

Desktop

• Go to 'Tools' → 'Responsible Gaming' → 'Exclude Me From Playing'.

Mobile app

• Go to 'Account' → 'Responsible Gaming Settings' → 'Exclude Me From Playing'.

Website

• Go to 'Account' → 'Responsible Gaming' → 'Take a break from playing'.
  
  

Can I reverse an OASIS exclusion?

No. Once confirmed, the exclusion cannot be reversed.

You can only play again after the exclusion period ends.

To regain access, you must contact OASIS to reinstate your account.
