If you are a resident of Germany, you must use the PokerStars.DE platform.

    • You can only play on PokerStars.DE
    • You must use the dedicated PokerStars.DE software
    • This is required by German regulations

 

How do I migrate my PokerStars account to PokerStars.DE?

If you are migrating from the website

  1. Log in to eur.pokerstars.com using your username and password
  2. Review and accept the General Terms

 

If you are migrating using desktop software

  1. Log in with your existing username and password
  2. Read and accept the General Terms
  3. Download the PokerStars.DE software

Why can’t I migrate my PokerStars account to PokerStars.DE?

You may not be able to migrate your account if:

  • Self-exclusion is active → wait until it ends, then contact Support
  • Pending withdrawal → wait up to 48 hours or cancel it via the ‘Cashier’ → Pending Withdrawals
  • Negative balance → contact Support
  • Active sessions → finish or unregister from games, tournaments, or Vegas sessions

 

What should I do after migrating to PokerStars.DE?

After migration:

  • Complete the Real Money form and verification process
  • Set new deposit, time, and loss limits

Previous deposit limits will not carry over.

 

What happens if I don’t migrate my PokerStars account?

If you do not migrate:

  • Your account will not be transferred
  • You can only log in to withdraw remaining funds

 

What happens to my account details after migration?

After migrating:

  • Your username, password, and account history remain the same
  • Your balance, tournament tickets, and T-Money are transferred
  • Your Play Money balance is moved to your PokerStars.DE account

 

Where can I access my PokerStars.DE account?

You can only access your PokerStars.DE account from Germany.
