What is the 24-hour pause button?

The 24-hour pause button allows you to take a short break from gaming.

When activated, it applies a 24-hour self-exclusion and immediately stops access to Poker and Vegas games.

This feature is provided in line with German gambling regulations.

 

How do I use the 24-hour pause button?

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to the main lobby → Pause button
3. Select the pause button

Your account will be locked immediately for 24 hours.

 

What happens after I click the 24-hour pause button?

Once activated:

• Poker and Vegas games are unavailable
• Deposits are not allowed
• Tournament registration is not available

What happens to active games?

• Active poker hands will check/fold until completion
• Ring game tables will stand you up
• Chips not in the pot are returned to your account

What happens to tournaments?

• Ongoing tournaments continue without interruption
• Existing buy-ins are not refunded

 

Can I reverse the 24-hour pause?

No. The 24-hour pause cannot be reversed.

Access remains restricted until the full 24-hour period has ended.
