When are reward points credited?

Reward points are credited after the respective event.

• In Poker tourneys: Points will be added after the player has completed the tournament.
• In Cash Games or Zoom: Points will be added after the hand finishes.

What are the differences between reward points and redemption points?

You collect reward points every time you play real money Poker on our site. All the points will add up for you to complete a progress bar and score a Chest.

Redemption points are different. You only collect these when you have an offer with an active playing requirement. Typically, these are bonuses and Challenges. Once you hit the points target, you'll clear the offer and receive your prize.
