Cards: My VISA card is no longer available for withdrawals

The VISA withdrawal option will only be available in the 'Cashier' if:

• The card has been used to deposit in the last 12 months.
• The card has not expired and is not due to expire during the current month.
• The card is CFT eligible i.e. the issuing bank allows you to receive credits.
• The withdrawal amount is the equivalent of USD 100 or more.

Have you used multiple cards? Remember, the last one used to deposit will be the card displayed first on your withdrawal on the 'Cashier' screen. So, make sure to view all available cards.
