Tournament buy-in allocation

Our buy-in dialogue box in tournaments shows a single buy-in number (e.g. $27) rather than a "buy-in + fee" format (e.g. “$25 + $2”).

This is to make our software friendlier to new and casual players. We believe showing a single number for the tournament buy-in furthers this goal.

To ensure full information is available and to enhance transparency, we have added detailed information to the tournament lobby which explains how each portion of the total buy-in is allocated. This is found in the Structure tab of the tournament lobby, in the Tournament Information section.

An example: "$25 of every buy-in is added to the prize pool; $2 from every buy-in is retained by PokerStars".
