Wire Transfers: Withdrawal instructions

We can only send wire transfer withdrawals to a bank account on your name. The bank must also be registered in your country of residence.

You must cover the fees charged by your bank for receiving a wire transfer. We'll cover the fees charged by the sending bank.

If you'd like to request a withdrawal with wire transfer, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account, head to the 'Cashier' and go to 'Withdraw'.
2. Type the amount that you want to withdraw.
3. In the next screen, you'll see if you have any pending automatic withdrawals. Each of these will be associated to a payment method.
4. If you have no pending withdrawals or if there's a remaining amount, select 'Wire Transfer'.
5. Enter your banking information and press the green button. There's no need to include Intermediary Bank information.
6. You can see your banking information next to the Wire Transfer option. Check if everything is correct and submit your request.

We'll review your transaction within 72 hours. Upon approval, the funds will be credited to your bank account within 2 to 5 business days.
