Where can I see the sports available for betting?

You can view available sports in the Sports section.

To find Sports:

• select Sports at the top of the screen
• view the list of available markets in your location
• select A–Z on the right side to see the full list of sports

 

How can I request a sport or market that is not listed?

If a sport or market is not listed on our website, you can contact us with your request.

Include details such as the sport, league, and market you are interested in.

 

Why do some events display more information than others?

Some events show additional information because live data is available.

This may include:

• score
• elapsed time
• yellow cards

Events without live data do not display this information.

PokerStars Sports aims to display accurate event information. However, event information may update more slowly than the betting system.

 

Should I use the odds shown on the bet slip?

Yes. You should always use the odds displayed on the bet slip.

These are the valid odds for your bet.

Do not rely on additional event information when making betting decisions.

 

What is the minimum bet amount I can place?

The minimum bet amount depends on the event and your location.

The minimum bet typically ranges from ($/£/€)0.01 to ($/£/€)0.10.

The exact minimum stake is shown in the betting interface before you confirm your bet.

 

What is the maximum bet amount I can place?

The maximum bet amount depends on the event and market popularity.

Popular markets usually allow higher maximum bet amounts.

To check the maximum stake:

1. Open the bet slip.
2. Select (max) next to your selection.

The bet slip will display the highest available stake for that bet.

 

How can I request a higher stake limit?

You can request a higher stake limit by contacting us.

In your request, include the following information:

• sport name
• league name
• market name
• competition name

You also need to attach a screenshot showing the message displayed after you select the maximum bet amount.

 

What is the maximum I can win per day?

All bets are subject to a maximum payout per customer per day.

This payout limit applies regardless of:

• stake amount
• odds
• number of winning bets

Yes. The maximum payout limits are set at our discretion and can be changed at any time.

 

Does sports betting use a separate account balance?

No. Sports betting uses the same account balance as all other PokerStars products.

There is no separate balance for sports betting. The same funds can be used for Sports, Poker and other available games.
